Ah yes, I totally cheated to read the review haha. I saw the G-Mail notif, saw the sharks, and bolted to my laptop to just preview the links instead of painstaking clicking on them.

I will respectfully disagree. I can see the appeal of all the other universe singles, but for Shark…I’d rather binge-hear the entire oli london discography THREE times than go through another 3-in a half minutes of torture.

Goddamnit. The verses were promising. The first part of the chorus was, okay, maybe I can take this, it lowkey reminds me of some of Loona’s stuff… then the chiki chiki chu part… fuck. Had to turn the song off.

Ummm yeah. What can I say? I liked the MV. i mean, I liked the part of it that I saw on YouTube. And then they got to the chorus and I was like oh right…… this is a bunch of bullshit!!!
It’s funny also how these universe comebacks get virtually no promotion at all. Sigh. Hoping for a full OMG comeback… soon… at some point 😦

commenting a few months later, i’d like to add that something is seriously wrong with the mixing in this song. like, the vocals are way too loud and overwhelm the instrumental (some more bass could’ve balanced it out), particularly in mimi’s first rap verse.
