Love Letter (from Reality – 2015)

Some songs just radiate a sense of warmth. And while Love Letter may not be one of Infinite’s more notable efforts, it has that sentiment down. The song opens with an extended, jazzy piano introduction that soon grows into a laid-back mid-tempo that incorporates touches of electric guitar to create a truly layered sound. As with many of the group’s less energetic tracks, it’s a vocal spotlight where all members get their moment to shine. Love Letter’s chorus is as ingratiating as can be, utilizing the kind of classic pop melody that feels instantly comfortable.
