At the end of each month, I compile my top three K-pop title tracks and list a ton of honorable mentions. In 2025, I thought I’d try something new and add a weekly feature to supplement my monthly round-up. Each Sunday, I’ll offer a compendium of the week’s new releases featured on the blog. And even more than that, I’ll attempt to rank them from my least-to-most-liked. I invite you to share your own rankings as well. The comments section of these posts is also a great spot to discuss anything that has happened in K-pop during the week.
Make sure to click on the title of any release to read the full review and see its initial rating. Consider this your one stop Bias List shop each and every Sunday!
None of the major releases clicked for me this week. I liked this rock song though, that reminds me of my favorite Gackt songs:
Also found some girls giving QWER competition with a decent song on that Stone Music page too:

I feel like I am the only one who finds the songwriting in “WE GO UP” to be so lazy that it actively hurts the song. They aren’t even bad lyrics, just offensively lazy if that makes sense. Anyways, it’s still a good song!

What tracks would you recommend? Or a vibe-sorting/similar songs from their last trilogy?

Well, they hooked me on High Horse this year. I still watch their performances from time to time.
Personally, I enjoy Papillion and Ocean the most, and I also like Spinning On It, Reality Hurts and Podium from the latest release
