Regarding the song itself, it’s not bad but not so much that I love it. The recipe could be not so generic like this.
Btw, it kinda reminds me of Justin Bieber’s “Yummy”.

I can’t listen to the song since I’ve misplaced my earbuds and I’m not subjecting the other people on the train to this. I’ll just take Nick’s word for it that I’m not missing much. I like the clever review format as well.

This is a perfectly fine example of mid-tempo groovy Kpop cuisine. I enjoyed the laid back bassline and the Todd Rundgren-esque synths. The seasoning is thoughtful. They can certainly sing. But this is not ground-breaking or inspired cuisine. It’s comfort food. This is good for backyard barbeques or post-drinking chillout sessions. However, if you would like more spice and better flavor, I would suggest the similar but far more interesting Body Rhythm by SHINee or Double Click by Ghost, who are in the same neighborhood. The service was excellent, however.

This is sort of exactly what I am in the mood to listen to right now. Definitely isn’t super original but at least it isn’t shouty and grating. I’ll put it on my doing-homework-or-laundry playlist for sure.
