Wow, it’s been a loooong time since I’ve written about a new single from Zhoumi. He picked a hell of a day to make a long-awaited comeback with SM Entertainment! I can’t help but feel bad for the guy.
New single Mañana pairs him with Super Junior’s Eunhyuk, a member he used to work with frequently when they were both releasing music as SuperJunior-M. The pairing feels nostalgic, even if the song itself doesn’t ignite many sparks. Given its title, I expected Mañana to deliver a Latin groove. Instead, it’s a trap-infused mid-tempo. Zhoumi’s vocals sound lovely and Eunhyuk injects some needed edge. But overall, the song goes in one ear and out the other for me.

This ELF is quite happy that Zhoumi has re-emerged.
The song sounds like something from a SuJu D&E album, excepts its Zhoumi instead of Donghae.
… As for EXO news, there has been an EXO-sized hole in kpop for a while, and I suppose that will persist for longer. Also, Big Bang TOP too, which isn’t that much of a surprise.

Hey, in good news world, not only is Infinite planning a comeback under their own name, Kim Sung Kyu is also planning a solo comeback in late June. Yessiree I will take that, both.

on the EXO news.. man. I am once again disappointed but not surprised at the state of kpop contract legality (it’s really just exploitation).

I have not waded far into other sites news and postings (I mean, because), but it seems odd that if I am reading correctly they all just renewed last Dec22, and now this. Odd.
In any case, maybe within the month you will be Sales Bin Woo-Kyu.
