At the end of each month, I compile my top three K-pop title tracks and list a ton of honorable mentions. In 2025, I thought I’d try something new and add a weekly feature to supplement my monthly round-up. Each Sunday, I’ll offer a compendium of the week’s new releases featured on the blog. And even more than that, I’ll attempt to rank them from my least-to-most-liked. I invite you to share your own rankings as well. The comments section of these posts is also a great spot to discuss anything that has happened in K-pop during the week.
Make sure to click on the title of any release to read the full review and see its initial rating. Consider this your one stop Bias List shop each and every Sunday!
unrelated (as my comments always are), but have you heard the pre-release song ‘glass heart’ by ichillin?
what are your thoughts on it?https://youtu.be/5MK1eJ30Isw?si=Zazx2jC1RqBVqVLF
viviz has also already performed la la love me! thoughts? https://youtu.be/kea83byh73U?si=JyIIZ4uycwtIj2VO

As a rule, I’ll never comment on a full song before reviewing it, so you’ll have to wait until Tuesday. The ICHILLIN song is fine. Doesn’t do much for me, though.

Rendezvous has been on heavy repeat. Definitely my favorite release in a bit. I do wish the album was stronger, that way I can justify buying it 😭!

I know. The title track towers over the b-sides in such an obvious way.

it’s not a bad album, but damn the title track is just SO strong.

This is my favorite week of 2025 so far. I know it’s early, but I’m pretty sure my top 3 songs this week will probably end up on my top songs’ year-end list.
AHOF – Rendezvous
1VERSE – Multiverse
ONEUS – X
Other good songs were:
Onepact(JongWoo) – Passout
SeungWoo – Stop It
JongHwa – Night Runner
Wonho – Better than Me
As for Bsides:
Oneus- Bad
NouerA – Myself

People have already asked him many times, and he said no, so stop asking.

How am I supposed to know, as a reader, that something I’m interested in won’t be discussed in this site if I don’t ask about it?
I understand that Nick (or just people in general) are not obliged to discuss K-pop music they’re not interested in. Yet it feels to me that responding in a hostile way to someone who asked respectuflly and didn’t cross any lines is uncalled for.
Anyway, you can treat people however you want behind a screen and a keyboard (and flip a thousand tables along the way, I guess?). But this passive-aggressiveness that can be sensed through this post and a couple more doesn’t feel cool at all.

I think the response was meant more as an inside joke. This exact question has already been asked of me dozens of times on this site and on social media and I’ve already answered dozens of times. Of course there’s no way you would know that, but some readers have been following the saga along with me 😂😅

This was kind of a slow K-pop week for me. I enjoyed some of the KARD and One Pact songs but I don’t see myself listening to them again.

Unrelated, but I’ve been stuck on Cravity’s song from like a week, two weeks ago (Set Net G0!), and I’ve been looking into their discography. So far it’s good, but nothing that has caught my eye. Their sound seems very dated, I can imagine myself listening to the songs when they first came out, but definitely not now.
I was wondering if someone had some recommendations or songs they liked from them, since I’m not finding much stuff. Might repost this on a different post, cause this is kinda late in the day :”)

Did you already check this site’s Cravity section (Menu-KpopReviews-C-Cravity)? Every Title and and a whole bunch of Bsides are reviewed there. I cannot think of an easier way to get what you need.
Back in the day when I only followed MonstaX and BTS, I used this site to discover a lot of groups’ discographies (Examples: TheBoyz, B1A4, Golcha, SF9, Elast, etc).
Good luck! I love Cravity
