And even more than that, I’ll attempt to rank them from my least-to-most-liked. I invite you to share your own rankings as well. Skibidi 2nd place, HRS that rookie of the year award will be yours! all jokes aside, the song continues to get better with each listen, and Lowkey In Love is a great b-side.
BLUE MODE actually grew on me LOL but the b-sides are even better, shoutout to SYNC UP, ANSWER and OVER X.

The funny thing is that I don’t even really like Skibidi. It was such a bad week that I’ve only got one song that I think is decent (not even great) 😭
Next week’s looking better, though.

Float by Taemin really grew on me, especially after seeing the performance. Probably an 8 now when it started at a 7.25. Also am i wrong in thinking Gooey qualifies for a review? I believe Taemin considers it the dual title track along with Float, and he’s certainly promoting it as such.
interestingly, I think Gooey has grown to be my favorite track on the album, which is surprising because I normally don’t like songs of that nature. I really appreciate how the song just goes for it, commits to the sudden switch ups, and embraces its sense of drama. It feels like “k-pop” in a time when the line between k-pop and pop is being constantly blurred.

My favorites this week were just good, nothing great, but I find them very listenable and those usually grow on me. Also, I’m a bit behind on the comebacks so I’ll add a fee of last week’s releases that I missed🤷🏻♀️

I really did not get enough juice from KPOP since Blackpink can’t even save this week kpop slump for me. Though next week looks promising with &TEAM, LESSERAFIM, and EVAN comebacks in the same week.
