At the end of each month, I compile my top three K-pop title tracks and list a ton of honorable mentions. But each Sunday, I’ll offer a compendium of the week’s new releases featured on the blog. And even more than that, I’ll attempt to rank them from my least-to-most-liked. I invite you to share your own rankings as well. The comments section of these posts is also a great spot to discuss anything that has happened in K-pop during the week.
Make sure to click on the title of any release to read the full review and see its initial rating. Consider this your one stop Bias List shop each and every Sunday!

Well, it’s a somewhat passable week. If my guess is lucky, then the average is at an 8 or at least in the 7.75-8 range. Much better than the last two weeks even if there is no standout.
But yeah, the NouerA song has grown a lot on me as well. It’s nice summery bop. Kind of like a day after a night of heavy rain, sunny but cool, chill even.

NICK NICK NICK I GOTTA SHOW YOU A NEW ARTIST
anna vissi, the greek-cypriot superstar. her work, especially her most recent ones, are universally awesome, with tons of intricate synth-work to boot. aigaio, one of her most recent songs, in particular is an excellent piece of synth-pop
here are some of my faves from her

In this KPOP summer drought, I am going to appreciate the JPOP remake project this year. After Taeyeon – Basanka, I expected them to remake a more modern song, but they actually chose Cruel Angel Thesis, one of the most iconic anime song. Hanroro vocals did not disappoint.
