The Bias List’s Ultimate INFINITE Masterpost

InfiniteI wanted to do some kind of countdown or feature leading up to Infinite’s long-awaited comeback next week, but I quickly realized I’ve already written about pretty much everything Infinite-related on the blog. In fact, I’d wager no one on the internet has written as much about them as I have!

So, rather than try to come up with something new, I thought I’d gather everything into one post and stick it to the top of the blog for the week. If you’re new to the group, I hope this is a useful place for you to explore. If you’re a longtime fan, it’ll be a fun trip down memory lane.

Depending on when some of these posts were published, information or commentary may be a bit outdated. But that’s part of the fun!

  1. Yassss. Nick, you do a great service to kpop. Thank you for all your posts!

My favorite is “60secs”, both Sungkyu solo and the group versions. All good. Sungkyu is full leading man material, a text book example of how it is done, belting the shit out of his song and loving every line of it. (All it is missing is hitting a B4 at 2:47 instead of an A4, and a well timed key change up a whole step dropped in right after the first half line after the break, right at 2:52, says she who has belted the shit out of this song in the car.)

Live live version, with live band

    • Speaking of live albums, whatever happened to good K-Pop live albums? TVXQ and Suju had some fantastic ones back in the day, but no K-Pop artist wants to make them anymore, unfortunately.

Also, it has nothing to do with INFINITE, but each time a live album is mentioned, I have to reference Kurt Cobain on MTV Unplugged, because duh.
